About Weldmesh

Every intersection is resistance-welded, giving weldmesh a rigid, dimensionally stable panel or roll that is far easier to work with than tied wire. In slab reinforcement it replaces hand-tied mats and speeds up placement.

We stock the common apertures (25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm) in a range of wire gauges, in rolls and 4x8ft panels.

FAQ

Weldmesh — questions we get asked.

What weldmesh for a concrete slab?

A48 or A98 equivalent — typically 100x100mm aperture with 6mm to 8mm wire. Confirm the spec with your engineer.

Is weldmesh sold in rolls or panels?

Both — rolls are cheaper per m² for large runs; panels are quicker to install.
